In 2023, Make It Blanket was founded out of a passion for creating bedding that truly lasts—a response to the fleeting, mass-produced home goods that dominate the market. We wanted to return to a slower, more intentional way of making, where each piece is handcrafted with care, from sourcing the finest European linen and cotton to the final stitch. Our vision was simple yet ambitious: to craft bedding that not only feels luxurious and inviting but also grows more beautiful over time, carrying with it the story of its making. At its heart, Make It Blanket is about honoring craftsmanship, sustainability, and the quiet moments of comfort that turn a house into a home.

Our Process
Linen is strong, breathable, and naturally durable, softening with use while keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.
Our linen begins as European flax, harvested at peak strength. The fibers are separated, spun into threads, and woven into fabric. We stonewash it for softness and hand-dye it in small batches, giving each piece its own unique character. Skilled artisans then sew and finish every blanket, quilt, and duvet with care.
