Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price, minus any shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns on bulk orders. 

Upon receiving your item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

We are not responsible for return shipping from international orders and are not able to reimburse for shipping charges.

To start a return please email us at contact@makeitblanket.com with your name and order number and we will get back to you.

Exchanges 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags still attached. To start an exchange please email us at contact@makeitblanket.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
